Sunday, July 1, 2012 - 88-90: big, assertive rose sparkler with a lovely color and plenty of tiny bubbles. Dry but fruity, it has that zip you want in a quality bubbly. Well-priced, with a long finish and tart fruit on the mid-palate. Paired well with a creamy chicken soup.
