Tuesday, November 20, 2012 - This Sonoma Pinot Noir that is a light cranberry color that is slightly opaque. The nose is loamy with mixed crushed berries and a black pepper ester. The palate is cherry fruit lovely and round with an acidic middle and light tannic finished. This would be wonderful with your turkey this year but even better with pork.
