There’s some soot, blood, iron and smoked meats. Fruits have a darker edge with air and strands of liquorice thread through the palate. It has a light creaminess from the oak and its youthful exuberance allows you to sneak a peek now, but you feel its only a matter of months before the anthocyanins monster the fruit and demands that the drinker fuck off and not come back for at least a decade.
