Friday, December 28, 2012 - Super young and tight initially. Tart, sour fruit on my first taste. Shy aromatics. I even allowed the last glass to warm up which can bring out the profile, but not tonight. This barely budges over the course of an hour and a half. My other bottles will get at least a year of rest.
