Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - Lovely zesty lime flavor balanced very well with the somewhat complex minerality. On opening, the nose is somehow muted and the body is also on the light side, in spite of the good flavor. We decided we need to have more patience. We drank along the way for over 5 hours. It didn't get much better. A good finish, though.
