Saturday, May 11, 2013 - Best word for this wine is delicious - we opened maybe an hour or two before actually drinking and even with that it really opened up over the time in the glass. Huge big blackberries that are so ripe they feel like they are falling off of the vine. There's a depth of character that maybe if I was writing the note while drinking the wine I could pinpoint, but as we drank it at dinner a few hours ago I am less able to give specific detail. Beautiful wine though and looking forward to our remaining bottle.
