Wednesday, July 31, 2013 - This is showing beautifully today with coiled intensity and wonderful and authentic CC flavors of smoky limestone and wintergreen. The finish is finely complex with that "water off rocks" feel that I so often find in great CC. Given how "ready for business" this is today and that I recently had to throw out the rest of my '02 because of premox, I see no reason to wait and I'm going to drink the rest of my bottles asap. Really good juice!
