Monday, September 2, 2013 - Decanted 6+ hours, leftovers rebottled and recorked overnight. TN is from next afternoon. 14.5% ABV

Instantly recognizable Pegau brettiness with yeasty bread and barnyard. Raspberry, cherry, mushrooms, pepper, sappy herbacious garrigue of thyme, rosemary, and florals.

Drinks pretty well for an off year. Needs some air to show its best, or leave it alone for a few more years.
