Wednesday, October 16, 2013 - Barolo Cru Dinner (La Pentola): Served blind – Cooler fruit nose with mint, balsam, tar and riper fruit. There’s also a hint of cocoa on the nose as well. Great acidity with firm but somewhat approachable tannins. A complete and well balanced wine that needs 7-10 years. Excellent. 91+
