Friday, November 8, 2013 - Decanted for 30 minutes. This wine is just starting to show its stuff. Quixote's Pets are big wines that tend to be closed for at least five years. Believe me, those who are patient will be amply rewarded, as you pick up a lot more complexity on the palate with their older vintages. Cheers!
