Sunday, December 29, 2013 - Light golden yellow color. Gorgeous nose featuring Pears and banana leaf. Notes of honey, lemon, with a lovely, buttery texture that can almost be described as viscous. Mild banana leaf notes with citrus take over into the lingering finish. It is drinking fantastically now and while I don't think it will improve much my guess is that it should continue to drink well for six-ten years. Of course, I don't really know jack about Chardonnay.
