Wednesday, January 20, 2016 - Notes of Turkish apricots indeed, but botrytis seems to be only minimal. Full-bodied, viscous, with lemon rind notes on the backpalate and a long finish of dehydrated apricots. Could use a bit more acidity. 12.5% ABV.
