Sunday, December 26, 2010 - A classy smooth Shiraz. Perfectly balanced. Great spice notes, bold mouth feel and a long finish with a tell tale slight burn in the back of the palate. Stood up fantastic to a dish of smokey, sweet marinated ribs. High alcohol - 15% but alcohol not overpowering. A fantastic wine!
