Young and fresh on the nose - golden apple, biscuits and lemon over a light bed of grass. Some autolysis but light - only 13 months age. Lively, fresh and clean.

Palate:

Medium Alcohol
Medium+ acidity
Medium intensity
Medium- body
Medium- finish
Intense Mousse

The wine is a little younger and more austere on the palate - green apple skin and a slatey minerality is prominent which unfortunately drops off quite quickly in the finish. Expected a slightly richer flavour due to the majority blend of Chardonnay.

Good quality Cava. Drink now and at around 15 euros a bottle, fair QPR.
