Thursday, July 28, 2005 - An interesting California Chardonnay. Slight ML to the taste with out being dominated by a buttery sensation - about 20 % of the wine goes through ML. This allows the flavors of pineapple and honeysuckle to show through from mid palette to finish. Has a very refreshing finish with no overt oak flavors.
