Wednesday, February 18, 2015 - Light golden in color with small bubbles. Nose of grapefruit, ripe pear and hint of lime, and of coz pain grille. In the mouth, very fine balance of acidity and sweetness, there is also good dose of mineral and spice, elegant finish which last. While the 1990 has more strength, this is more about finesse and tension.
