Saturday, August 2, 2014 - Apples and ginger ale. Nice saline yeastiness. Dry but finishes with some bitter-sweet twist. Cremant-like fresh naked bubbles and more weighty mouthfeel. Went perfectly well with spicy sichuang aperitifs. Simple but utterly enjoyable. Good value.
