85 Points

Friday, August 19, 2011 - Pale yellow and though clear, almost has a dish-watery tint to it. Nose of oyster shells, minerals, and grass. Light medium body begins a bit flat, but picks up hefty minerality on mid-palate, carried by a fresh grassiness on the sides, then brings a light lime and applesauce fruit character. It is a refreshing and friendly wine, not as acidic as a Loire SB, but delivers above its price point. Nice and interesting stuff. 85-86
