Monday, October 22, 2012 - Nice finesse and a beautifully more full bodied offering with lots of bright strawberries and cream fruit up front followed by earth and some wet dog. Palate has some sweet tannin structure along with moderate acidity and lower alcohol. The wine has some nice weight overall. Really well made. I consistently like the Evenstad bottling year to year. Approachable yet intriguing.
