Sunday, July 6, 2014 - - Crimsom color - Ripe strawberries, blackberries, leather, and spice on the nose. Tart cherries, earth, and cola on the palate. Bright acidity with rather prominent tannins. If served this blind, I would have pegged it as a RRV Pinot. Well made, but doesn't have the finesse I normally associate with Oregon. I will hold my last bottle for two-three years to see if it softens a bit.
