Saturday, December 15, 2012 - Top Rated 2002 Champagne Tasting (Jan's Place, St. Paul, MN): Pale gold color. Drank 1 glass over 1 hr. 70% Chard/30%PN. Nice nose with fresh air, dough, yeast, citrus, apple. This was rather delicate on the palate, medium body, lively, mineral, pear, citrus, apple, biscuit. Medium finish. Very nicely done.
