Sunday, November 2, 2014 - Suburb Champagne even though it is just a baby. Will earn higher points in years to come.

When tasted too cold at first the sheer concentration of flavour and rapier-like acidity on the finish is remarkable. When it warms up the acid tones down a degree and complexity emerges but the concentration of flavour is still prominent. At 12 years of age it is tightly wound but not closed. Enjoy now but best kept for a few years and then enjoyed over a decade.
