Saturday, January 11, 2014 - Dinner @ B & A's: Blind. Lovely burnt sienna colour. The nose, palate and our host's predilection make me think amontillado, but no, so must be PC. Dry, quite rich in the nutty to burnt caramel spectrum. A little forceful on the finish. Lots of interest and complexity here. Bare ****
