Wednesday, March 3, 2010 - Upon opening the nose has a hickory barbeque pork aroma, with Japanese incense and berries. Flavors of ripe blackberries, citrus rind, limestone, granite, graphite, with plenty of acidic brightness. Finish is beautifully complex with more meat and minerals.
