Monday, December 8, 2014 - Violet center with a brick red rim. Expressive nose of dark cherry and spicy sandalwood. Beautiful on the palate with dark cherry, vanilla, cola, and cocoa. Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and vibrant acidity. The tannins are well integrated, and the finish is above average. Overall, this is a very enjoyable wine with terrific fruit, complimentary acidity, and a terrific, balanced mouthfeel.
