Sunday, March 29, 2015 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 0.5 hour. Aromas of cherry, plum, vanilla cream soda, forest floor and spice. Palate echos the nose. Leads to a medium to long finish. Medium bodied with a velvety texture. Paired well with pork tenderloin with a mustard and sage sauce.
