Friday, April 24, 2015 - Tasted non-blind, Purchased on release, stored @55degrees. Minimal cork expansion, poured at 45 degrees. The fabulous mouse/mouth feel reminds me of Taittinger Brut La Francais but w/a bit more fruit. Not austere or super dry, this was DELICIOUS and satisfying with light brioche, pear & lemon pepper notes and a surprisingly long finish. Also, went well w/Dover sole & Oregon dungeness crab/drawn butter, basmati rice, roasted red bells and leeks etc. Beautiful example of aged Oregon bubbly as it's never tasted better.
