Saturday, May 18, 2013 - Bright yellow color. Sweet apple, peach, pear, and pineapple on the nose. Palate follows with floral pear, pineapple, lemon, and some sweet mineral notes that carry into a medium finish. Went well as the base for a mussel and clam boil with fennel and lime thyme as the herb elements. Drink.
