Sunday, July 12, 2015 - Just a quick taste, as opened mainly for cooking, and tasted at room temperature, not at all chilled.

It has darkened in colour a bit since the bottle drunk in 2005 to give a deepish, even, brassy gold. Fairly subtle nose, with honey, almonds and citrus fruits. Fairly sweet on the palate, but not fully sweet. Touch of raisining. Like the nose, fairly restrained. Nicely balanced, with good orangey acidity.
