Friday, February 14, 2014 - After a dozen hours of aeration, this vibrant Cabernet revealed bright acidic raspberries, dark chocolate covered aniseed and mandarin orange scents. Flavors of chocolate, molasses, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary infused grilled meats coated the tongue with a caramel feel. Rich and opulent, this cab has many years of life to evolve for the lingering finish continued to parade distinct complexities not noted earlier in the evening.
