Sunday, December 6, 2015 - Gorgeous, flamboyantly floral nose of rose water, spices, and citrus. Rich, unctuous texture on the palate, with a pleasant touch of bitterness on the finish to keep this feeling fresh and compelling. Was a superb pairing with a charcuterie board dinner.
