Wednesday, January 22, 2014 - Dinner at RPM (RPM Italian - Chicago, IL): Aromatics were off the charts here with lots of earthy mushroom, cherry, dried florals, and forestal tones. Deep, complex, and hypnotic, this was firing on all cylinders. The palate was elegant and lithe with cranberry, some damp earth and brambly cherry. Loved it.
