Wednesday, June 16, 2010 - Fully saturated cork that was extracted in one piece. Signs of bricking. A big whiff of brett, wet fur, hints of floral aromas, and dried dates. Wild and animalistic. Somewhat savoury attack on the palate, with notes of sour red fruits. Signs of oxidation? Definitely funky and definitely far past its prime. Metallic finish. Improved after some time in the glass and as well as overnight under vacuum.
