Friday, January 4, 2013 - 1st Wine Night 2013: Decanted for 8+ hours.
Kirsch, root beer, cream, some mild funk, hint of greens, earth tones. Smooth, but could use a bit more acidity to me. A really good bottle of wine, and nice example of Pinot.
