Thursday, January 1, 2015 - Had this this morning (happy new year to us). Seemed quite dry at first as one would expect from the name but I grew to really appreciate the minerality and almost a hint of brininess? It reminded me a little of Ocean Cuvee only rounder due to PN. I think it is drinking just fine now.
