Saturday, July 11, 2015 - Definitely better than previous bottle or maybe just my mood has improved. Still has the toasty overtones but the zest is a little buried. Good bubbles and very cleansing but somewhat unremarkable for these guys. Worked fine with some cheese but got lost with anything bolder. Maybe just a blah vintage it has been somewhat uneven from bottle to bottle. I still have a few bottle left so we will see. I will bring in some outside help to make sure it is not me.
