Sunday, May 15, 2011 - Minneapolis does Domestic Pinots; 5/14/2011-5/16/2011: A young wine. Decanted one hour and Vinturied. Light in color with a nose of strawberry, cinnamon, raspberry, and floral notes. The palate features sour cherry, minerals and nice spice elements. As the night went on it improved some but I would advise a few years in the cellar.
