Rich entry with fruit there that is difficult to characterize; this segues into a finish that is full of crisp acidity and minerality. As it opened, it continued its transformation from a wine that could be confused with a creamy Grand Cru white Burgundy into a more and more easily recognizable Chablis. Fully mature, although much more alive than other bottles I've had over the past few years.
