Friday, August 12, 2011 - On the nose, you can smell the syrah. White pepper with a hint of black olive tapenade and blackberries. On the palate, the attack is rich, again on blackberries and olives. Beautiful finesse here with visquous bacony texture that I enjoy so much out of my Northern Rhone syrahs. Lovely.
