Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Nose take a while to fully open up. Dark fruit, dusty, with faint mint, licorice and menthol in the background. Tannins still stick on the back of the palate. A well made Cornas with sufficient age, but lacks the refinement of a better vintage. Decanted for one hour, consumed over the following two.
