Thursday, February 10, 2011 - 85% Flora (a Sémillon and Gewürztraminer hybrid), 15% Chardonnay. Medium yellow color with medium sized bubbles. Citrus and sweet dough aromas. Medium-bodied palate: sweet apricot flavors dominate the palate with some vanilla in the background. Nice soft mouthfeel and restrained sweetness. Long finish.
