Monday, April 4, 2011 - This is the best beer I've ever had, hands down. The level of complexity and nuance is mind blowing. Ethereal vanilla, roasted malts, toasty oak and espresso, this was overwhelmingly fragrant and textural. Just the right amount of bitterness to keep this from getting heavy or cloying.
