Opened very thin and sort of "done"... but, over about an hour it developed that "old Bordeaux" nose and flavor. A bit musty, but elegant and still VERY drinkable. Will drink the last very soon and be sad to see it gone. Jarvis makes remarkable wines with impeccable integrity.
