Wednesday, June 6, 2012 - With J+C - Excellent, savory, tannic and complex wine. Very dark American oak quality that that offers depth and dimension , rather than sweet coconut and vanilla. I suspect this will always be a tannic wine but it is classy and offers an unusual flavour profile. Certainly outstanding.
