Thursday, July 25, 2013 - I liked this wine when I first tasted it and it only improved more as it opened. It starts with hints of raspberry and ends with a long smooth finish.

That's the point, I think.
Usually this smooth wine makes a nice performance in the glass.
The norm is easy to remember: if last glass is the best, that bottle was too young at this point; if last was worst, you had had to open it up a few before.
