Monday, June 15, 2015 - grilled lamb chops and good wines on a Sunday afternoon (Stockholm): Such a serious wine. At first there is a whiff of something rustic, unclean, but it blows off after some time in the decanter. Has that full bodied, powerful sweet enticing grenache feel, but also much more serious structure and dry spicy licorice side. And the freshness to last a long time. This will only become better with time.
