Thursday, January 3, 2013 - Jadot Dinner with Friends (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Ultra ripe plum and blackberry aromas with big, fat spice. Lush and forward fruit on palate, similarly dark fruit, coming across as fat and almost slutty to start, but more balanced and well textured from middle to finish. This had been open approx 3 hours, of which perhaps 1/2 hour was in decanter.
