Tuesday, February 24, 2015 - Deep garnet, nose of classic paulliac, leather, cedar, hint of floral note too. Elegantly balanced in mouth, good acidity and fine tannin yield a very good structure. Black fruit and leather with tobacco aroma, lovely blend and the best US wine I adore, 1991 is just as fine too, but more plush. Should age well.
