Monday, April 27, 2015 - Very well evolved and already a little bit aged (in beautiful style). Needed about 30 to 40 minutes to wake up. The balance of this one is outstanding for a Bourgogne Blanc. Very well fitted flavours from oak, slightly buttery, nicely creamy and very well corresponding mild flavours of lemon and shy herbs. A very good 2009, not too bold or ripe, Bourgogne blanc.
