Tuesday, July 25, 2006 - Call this wine a meal when it first gets poured. My initial impression was liquid Hershey's cocoa powder. Just the power of cocoa times 10. Staying with the initial pour, the wine is full bodied. Chocolate, raspberry, coffee and cherry, all in a fat style, with fairly good size alcohol. I commented to my wife that I could do maybe one full glass of the wine at this stage. After an hour, it softened up some, showing more cherry and some remaining chocolate...it kind of knitted together better. This wine deserves another TN after Day 2 so I'll come back and add that tomorrow. For now, call this a big boy.
